titleOfInvention Composite mesoporous catalyst material used for treatment of automobile exhaust and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a composite mesoporous catalyst material used for treatment of automobile exhaust and a preparation method thereof. The composite mesoporous catalyst material is characterized in that (1) the basic skeleton of the mesoporous catalyst material is composed of zirconia and phosphate groups, wherein the concentration of zirconium ions is 0.4 to 0.8 M, and the concentration of a phosphoric acid solution is 0.25 to 1.25 M; (2) the sizes of porous channels are in a range of 1.5 to 2.0 nm; (3) the assembly loading amount of precious metal platinum is 0.1 to 2 at%; and (4) rare earth cerium oxide is doped into the basic skeleton composed of zirconia and the phosphate groups, and the doping amount of rare earth cerium oxide is in a range of 4 to 8 wt%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: separately dissolving a compound containing zirconium ions and a surfactant in deionized water; carrying out hydro-thermal treatment, washing and drying so as to synthesize ordered mesoporous ZrO2 precursor powder with a pore channel structure; then treating the ordered mesoporous ZrO2 precursor powder with a phosphoric acid solution containing cerium ions; adding a carbon source solution containing platinum ions; and carrying out stirring and ageing and then carrying out calcining at 400 to 600 DEG C in flowing air. The composite mesoporous catalyst material is applied to removal of CO, HC and NOx in automobile exhaust and presents excellent low-temperature activity and heat stability.
