titleOfInvention Scaffold material for tissue engineering based on carrageenan and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a scaffold material for tissue engineering based on carrageenan and a preparation method thereof. The scaffold material is prepared from chitosan, gelatin and a certain amount of carrageenan by an ion shielding technology and a freeze drying technology. In the scaffold, an electrostatic interaction exists between negative ion polysaccharide carrageenan and positive ion polysaccharide chitosan, and meanwhile a crosslinked network exists between the chitosan and the gelatin. Moreover, the carrageenan exists in the scaffold in a dual-helical structural form, so that the scaffold has high swelling performance and high mechanical strength. The prepared chitosan/gelatin-carrageenan ternary porous scaffold material has the characteristics of simple preparation method and uniform and controllable components. More importantly, the scaffold has high biocompatibility, and can support the adhesion and growth of a plurality of cells. The scaffold material has a potential application prospect in tissue engineering of bones and cartilage.
