The main steps of the preparation method comprise: 1, material preparation; 2, Chinese herb concentrated liquid preparation; and 3, tea leaf preparation. According to the present invention, by fusing the effective components of fortunella japonica (thunb.) swingle, flower buds of panax notoginseng, jujube, honey, eupatorium fortunei turcz, buddleja officinalis maxim, alpinia oxyphylla miq, atractylodes macrocephala koidz, dolicho lablab l and inulae radix into the tea leaf, the fortunella japonica (thunb.) swingle spleen strengthening and qi regulating tea is prepared, and can provide effects of spleen strengthening, qi regulating, heat clearing, liver pacifying, middle warmer strengthening and qi benefiting after the long-term consumption.
