titleOfInvention | Insect excrement extract, preparation method thereof and application thereof in plants |
abstract | The application relates to a pest excrement extract, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in plant improvement. Wherein in the method for preparing the insect feces extract, the insect feces extract is derived from feces produced by insects of the Tortoise Pomaceae (Scarabaeoidea), which comprises the steps of: 1) mixing the excrement and the solvent by taking the dry excrement with the water content of less than 3%, adjusting the pH value to be alkaline, and treating at high temperature for 20-60 minutes to obtain a treatment solution; 2) adjusting the pH of the treatment solution to be neutral, and settling for 5 minutes to 48 hours at ambient temperature to obtain a crude supernatant; 3) further subjecting the crude supernatant to solid-liquid separation, thereby obtaining a supernatant containing the insect feces extract. In addition, the application also provides application of the insect dung extract and/or the dung generated by insects of the scarabaeoideae (Scarabaeoidea) in plants. |
