titleOfInvention Artificial fry rearing method of panopea japonica
abstract The invention discloses an artificial fry rearing method of panopea japonica. Due to the fact that in the field of marine product breeding at present, an artificial fry rearing method of the panopea japonica does not exist, a method which is ecological, efficient and easy and convenient to operate is disclosed for the above mentioned problem; according to the method, the panopea japonica is harvested as parent shellfish in natural sea areas in north of yellow sea and north of bohai in May to July each year, and large-batched fry of the panopea japonica can be obtained through the steps of indoor temporary rearing, induced spawning and incubation, larvae rearing, larval metamorphosis, juvenile shellfish breeding and the like. According to the method, the artificial fry rearing technology of the panopea japonica is broken through for the first time to fill the domestic blank, and a foundation is laid for panopea japonica germplasm resource recovery and culture and proliferation.
