abstract | The invention provides an indoor artificial leech hibernation method. The invention aims to provide an artificial leech hibernation method which is simple and convenient to operate indoors and has high survival rate. By adopting the method, the survival rate of the leeches is improved by about 67 percent compared with the existing outdoor natural overwintering. The method improves the seed preserving rate of the leeches on the premise of basically not reducing the quality of the leeches. Compared with the existing natural overwintering seed retention method for outdoor culture, the method can reduce the death number of leech species after overwintering on one hand, and can reduce the weight reduction of leech species after overwintering on the other hand, incomplete statistics can be carried out, the dry weight of leech can be increased by nearly 40 kilograms per mu, and the economic benefit is increased by about 4 ten thousand yuan per mu according to the current market price of 1000 yuan/kg. |
