titleOfInvention Processing method for health-care camellia oil
abstract The invention discloses a processing method for health-care camellia oil. The processing method employs subcritical dimethyl ether as a solvent for leaching of camellia oil and comprises the following concrete operation steps: drying of camellia seeds; dehusking and crushing of the camellia seeds; preparation of a subcritical dimethyl ether solution; mixing of subcritical dimethyl ether with camellia seed kernels; standing of a mixture prepared in the previous step; preparation of crude camellia oil; and deacidification so as to obtain the health-care camellia oil. Compared with traditional preparation technology, the processing method provided by the invention has the advantages that few refining procedures for the camellia oil are needed; energy consumption is low; and the prepared camellia oil is high in quality, transparent and lightly yellow in color and rich in active substances like squalene, Ve and phytosterol. Moreover, the health-care camellia oil is prepared through leaching with dimethyl ether, so leaching pressure is low; extraction time is short; refining like decoloring is not needed; and the method is free of toxicity, chemical reagent residues and pollution.
