The polygonum cuspidatum instant tea has improved taste. Being tasted, the polygonum cuspidatum instant tea is free of bitter and astringent taste, as well as free of traditional Chinese medicine smell. Thus, the polygonum cuspidatum instant tea is suitable for long-term drinking. Moreover, the black tea is prepared by carrying out fermentation with tannase, so that the bitter and astringent taste of the black tea is thereby reduced. The tea beverage prepared by brewing the polygonum cuspidatum instant tea is clear and free of precipitation; thus, the polygonum cuspidatum instant tea is apt to be drunk every day. |
