The invention carries out one-step deamination treatment on anaerobic digestion solution, and obtains anaerobic clear liquid through solid-liquid separation after deamination; mixing the anaerobic clear liquid and the distiller's grains clear liquid to be used as water for mixing materials, wherein the proportion of the anaerobic clear liquid in the water for mixing materials is 60-99%; wherein, the one-step deamination treatment refers to distilling anaerobic digestion liquid by using water vapor in a distillation tower provided with a plurality of layers of tower plates or filled with fillers, and removing partial ammonia nitrogen and alkalinity in the anaerobic digestion liquid by virtue of the thermal action of the water vapor. The invention eliminates the problem of ammonia nitrogen accumulation in the process of recycling the anaerobic digestion solution after the anaerobic digestion solution is subjected to one-step deamination treatment. The method has the advantages of low energy consumption, low investment and simple operation, and is very suitable for industrial application. |
