abstract | The invention discloses a method for expressing salmon calcitonin and a special expression cassette thereof. The method provided by the invention sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) introducing the recombinant vector into a receptor plant to obtain a transgenic plant; (2) obtaining salmon calcitonin by culturing the transgenic plant; the recombinant vector contains an expression cassette; the expression cassette comprises the following elements in sequence: promoter, fusion gene and termination sequence of vegetable oil body protein gene; the fusion gene contains a segment A and a segment B; segment a encodes a plant oil body protein; the segment b encodes a precursor of salmon calcitonin; the precursor of the salmon calcitonin is a protein with an amino acid sequence as shown in the 158 th to 190 th sites from the N tail end of a sequence 5 in a sequence table. Experiments prove that the salmon calcitonin with higher biological activity can be obtained by adopting the method provided by the invention. Therefore, the salmon calcitonin expression method provided by the invention has important application value. |
