titleOfInvention A space-dependent mitochondrial membrane potential fluorescent probe and its application
abstract The invention discloses a space-dependent mitochondrial membrane potential fluorescent probe. The probe is a pyridinium salt compound with a structure represented by formula (I). Experiments show that the probe of the invention can be used in cells with normal mitochondrial membrane potential. Highly selective labeling of inner mitochondria; simultaneous labeling of mitochondria and nucleus in cells with reduced mitochondrial membrane potential, and the greater the degree of membrane potential reduction, the higher the fluorescence intensity of the nucleus; finally, when the mitochondrial membrane potential completely disappears, the probes are all targeted to the nucleus superior. In addition, the probe can also distinguish dead and live cells at the same time, which is significantly better than the currently used dual-dye related products, indicating that the probe of the present invention has a good application prospect in biological research and medical diagnosis.
