titleOfInvention | Hydrotalcite grafted polyvinyl chloride modified high-performance composite pipe and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a hydrotalcite grafted polyvinyl chloride modified high-performance composite pipe. The hydrotalcite grafted polyvinyl chloride modified high-performance composite pipe is prepared from, by weight, 70-90 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 6-13 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 2-5 parts of SiO2, an appropriate amount of acetone, an appropriate amount of methyl alcohol, 10-18 parts of hydrotalcite, 40-65 parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, 0.3-1 part of stannic chloride, 1-2 parts of an organic tin thermal stabilizer, 4-8 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 1-3 parts of oxidized polyethylene wax and 2-4 parts of dioctyl phthalate. Polyvinyl chloride and glycidyl methacrylate in-situ grafting is adopted for preparing a grafted product PVC-cg-GMA, then, by means of a grafting reaction of epoxy groups of glycidyl methacrylate and hydrotalcite, the thermal stability and the weather resistance of the polyvinyl chloride pipe are improved, and meanwhile the excellent mechanical property is achieved. |
