abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a cathode buffer layer of a polyfluorene block conjugated polymer. The polyfluorene block conjugate polymer is obtained by Kumada catalyst transfer coupling polymerization. First, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, 2,7-dibromofluorene, 1,6-dibromohexane and diethylamine were used as raw materials to synthesize monomers, and 1,3-bis-diphenylphosphine propane was used for chlorination. Nickel Ni(dppp)Cl 2 is a catalyst, and with dry tetrahydrofuran as a solvent, the monomer and 2,7-dibromo-9,9-bis(2-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl Oxy)ethyl)-fluorene monomers are reacted and polymerized. The obtained polymer was precipitated with n-hexane, extracted with a Soxhlet extractor, passed through a column with neutral alumina, and dried to obtain a pale green solid. The block polymer can be processed with polar solvents such as water and alcohol, is environmentally friendly, can reduce the work function, and can improve the morphology of the upper active layer. Can be used as a good cathode buffer layer for solar cells, LEDs and FETs.
