titleOfInvention | Method for preparing potassium fertilizer using straw |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing a potassium fertilizer using straw. The method includes the steps that clean rice straw, clean wheat straw and clean corn straw are selected, washed and crushed through a crusher, and pass through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a straw mixture; the straw mixture is dried at 100-105 DEG C for 2 hours, and then placed in deionized water and stirred for 10 min to obtain a straw aqueous solution; industrial nitric acid is added in the straw aqueous solution, and the obtained solution is heated to 50-85 DEG C, subjected to microwave processing for 2 min and stirred; after an aging reaction, precipitates in the solution are removed, ammonia water is added in the solution to remove the precipitates, and the remaining solution is evaporated and dried to obtain white potassium ammonium nitrate crystals. The straw is digested through microwaves so that potassium in the straw can be effectively separated and extracted, the raw materials have wide sources, the cost is low, the economic benefit is high, and industrial production is easy to achieve. |
