titleOfInvention Sludge dehydration agent and preparing method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a sludge dehydration agent. The sludge dehydration agent is prepared from, by weight, 15-22 parts of natural resin, 4-8 parts of sawdust, 4-10 parts of quicklime, 13-24 parts of shale, 2-6 parts of rust, 2-4 parts of magnetic wave stone, 5-10 parts of triethanolamine, 1.2-3.4 parts of chaoite, 2-5 parts of cellulose, 1.5-6 parts of cavings powder, 0.5-2 parts of nanoscale sodium silicate and 8-15 parts of polyether. The invention further discloses a preparing method of the dehydration agent. In the sludge dehydration agent, no ferric trichloride is adopted, corrosion of ferric trichloride to equipment is avoided, the amount of quicklime is small, and the washing times of filter cloth are reduced; the components in the sludge dehydration agent play a synergistic role, the treatment cost is reduced, the heat value of the finished mud cake is increased, final disposition and utilization of incineration, mixing combustion for power generation, composting and the like of the mud cake are promoted, and the using effect is good.
