titleOfInvention A method for removing hydrogen sulfide using heterotrophic microorganisms
abstract The invention discloses a method for removing hydrogen sulfide by utilizing heterotrophic microorganisms, which comprises adding specific heterotrophic microorganisms to a device for removing hydrogen sulfide, and performing aerobic reaction under a set reaction system, so as to realize the removal of H2S in the device reaction system. 2 S, HS - or/and S 2- removal; wherein the heterotrophic microorganism refers to that its genome contains a thioquinone oxidoreductase (sulfide:quinone oxidoreductase) gene and a persulfide dioxygenase (persulfid dioxygenase) gene A class of heterotrophic bacteria that can oxidize sulfide to generate zerovalent sulfur and thiosulfate, or sulfate. The heterotrophic bacteria screened out by the invention has the ability of efficiently oxidizing exogenous hydrogen sulfide, and has the characteristics of rapid growth, low cultivation cost and large biomass, effectively solving the problem of using autotrophic bacteria to remove sulfur in the prior art. Hydrogen is limited by the conditions and has great application potential in industrial production.
