abstract | The invention provides a myricetin extract which is prepared by an extraction method comprising the following steps: (1) pulverizing plants of Myricaceae, Vitaceae, Leguminosae or Theaceae, defatting, dissolving in methanol water solution, and performing microwave and ultrasonic extraction to obtain extractive solution; (2) concentrating the extract obtained in the step (1) under reduced pressure to obtain a concentrated solution, carrying out suction filtration under reduced pressure, extracting with chloroform, collecting the extract, freeze-drying and crushing; (3) dissolving the powder obtained in the step (2) in petroleum ether, passing through a silica gel column, purifying, collecting an eluent containing myricetin, and concentrating to obtain a crude myricetin product; (4) adding the myricetin crude product obtained in the step (3) into a methanol water solution with the volume ratio of 50-75%, heating to 75-80 ℃ until the myricetin crude product is completely dissolved, stirring, cooling and standing, crystallizing, filtering, and drying to obtain the myricetin crude product; the myricetin extract can be taken for a long time to achieve a good effect of preventing or treating tumor metastasis, and has a wide application prospect. |
