M a Sr b C c Al d Si e N f [1] (in formula [1], M represents an active element, and a, b, c, d, e, and f are values in the following ranges, respectively. 0< a≤0.15, 0.5≤b<1, 0<c<0.5, a+b+c=1, 0.7≤d≤1.3, 0.7≤e≤1.3, 2.5≤f≤3.5).
