The invention discloses an epoxy resin butadiene rubber composite material for an inflaming retarding hydraulic hammer high-pressure oil pipe. The epoxy resin butadiene rubber composite material is prepared from raw materials including, by weight, 100-110 parts of butadiene rubber, 11-12 parts of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, 1.5-1.7 parts of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide, 2.5-2.8 parts of sulfur, 2-2.3 parts of stearic acid, 5-5.3 parts of zinc oxide, 40-42 parts of E-44 epoxy resin, 2-2.3 parts of nanometer tin antimony oxide, 2-2.5 parts of methyl methacrylate, 2-2.5 parts of nano-magnesium hydroxide, 0.7-0.9 part of nanoscale antimonous oxide and 0.8-1.2 parts of perfluoro caprylic acid. According to the epoxy resin butadiene rubber composite material, the nano-magnesium hydroxide and the nanoscale antimonous oxide ate used, the rubber fire resistance is improved, the transmittance of ultraviolet light is reduced, and rubber aging is slowed down. |
