abstract | The invention relates to a method for extracting polyphenol with different forms in camellia seeds, belonging to the technical field of natural product extraction. The extraction method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: 1) extracting the degreased and crushed camellia seeds to obtain an extraction solution and camellia seed precipitates; 2) performing alkaline hydrolysis on the camellia seed precipitate, performing solid-liquid separation, extracting a supernatant obtained by the solid-liquid separation, and concentrating an extract to obtain camellia seed insoluble phenolic acid; 3) extracting the extraction solution with ethyl acetate to obtain an upper extraction phase and a lower raffinate phase, and concentrating the upper extraction phase to obtain camellia seed free phenolic acid; and carrying out alkaline hydrolysis, extraction and concentration on the lower extraction raffinate to obtain the camellia seed bound phenolic acid. The extraction method of the invention can simultaneously obtain the polyphenol with different forms, and has the advantages of less organic solvent consumption and high polyphenol concentration. |
