titleOfInvention Spaceflight mutagenesis to obtain chlamydomonas mutant strain, preparation thereof and application thereof in biological prevention and control
abstract The invention discloses a Pochonia chlamydosporia mutant strain obtained by space mutation, a preparation thereof and application thereof in biological prevention and control. According to the method, Pochonia chlamydosporia is carried on the Shenzhou No. 8 airship for space mutation, the original strain which is not carried is used as a reference, the primarily screened Pochonia chlamydosporia space mutation strain is subjected to biological detection including colony growth speed, hypha dry weight, sporulation quantity, pathogenicity and the like, the salt resistance and the benomyl resistance are measured, and finally, the mutant strain Pc-m-38 with high sporulation quantity and strong pathogenicity to root-knot nematode eggs is screened. The invention further provides a biocontrol agent prepared by the space mutation strain Pc-m-38 and application thereof in preventing and treating root-knot nematodes.
