Indazole compounds are disclosed for use in the treatment of various diseases and conditions. In particular, the invention relates to the use of indazole compounds or analogs thereof for the treatment of disorders characterized by activation of the Wnt signaling pathway (e.g., cancer, abnormal cell proliferation, angiogenesis, Alzheimer's disease , lung disease, fibrotic disease, cartilage (cartilaginous) defect and osteoarthritis), regulation of cellular events mediated by the Wnt signaling pathway, and neurological conditions/disorders/diseases associated with overexpression of DYRK1A. |
