abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to a reduced graphene oxide conductive elastic composite yarn and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, cleaning fiber roving strips, and then soaking the fiber roving strips in a graphene oxide dispersion water solution for 10-30min to obtain graphene oxide/fiber roving strips; s2, blending the graphene oxide/fiber roving and the elastic filament to obtain blended yarns; and S3, reducing and oxidizing the blended yarn by using a reducing agent, cleaning and drying to obtain the reduced graphene oxide conductive elastic composite yarn. According to the invention, after graphene oxide and fibers are compounded, the composite yarn is obtained by twisting the composite yarn with the elastic filament, so that the bonding fastness of the graphene oxide and the fibers can be improved, the resistance of the obtained conductive elastic composite yarn can reach 10-10000 omega.m, the performance of the prepared reduced graphene oxide conductive elastic composite yarn is excellent, and the washing fastness of the conductive composite yarn is greatly improved. |
