According to the invention, after graphene oxide and fibers are compounded, the composite yarn is obtained by twisting the composite yarn with the elastic filament, so that the bonding fastness of the graphene oxide and the fibers can be improved, the resistance of the obtained conductive elastic composite yarn can reach 10-10000 omega.m, the performance of the prepared reduced graphene oxide conductive elastic composite yarn is excellent, and the washing fastness of the conductive composite yarn is greatly improved.
