titleOfInvention | Glass fiber enhanced polybutylene terephthalate material with low warpage and high glossiness |
abstract | The invention discloses a glass fiber enhanced polybutylene terephthalate material with low warpage and high glossiness. The material is prepared from polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET), polybutylene succinate (PBS), glass fiber, a toughening agent, an ester exchange inhibitor, an antioxidant, and a lubricant. On one aspect, the difference of shrinkages in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction of the flat glass fiber enhanced PBT material is reduced; at the same time, due to the slow crystallization speed of PET, the whole crystallinity of the material is reduced, thus low warpage of the material is obtained under the synergistic effect of flat glass fiber and PET; on the other aspect, due to the addition of PBS resin, the overall fluidity of the material is greatly improved in injection moulding, the glass fiber can be better wetted and wrapped, and high glossiness is obtained therefore. |
