titleOfInvention Recovery and reuse technology for waste rubber
abstract The invention discloses a recovery and reuse technology for waste rubber. The technology comprises the steps that firstly selection is conducted in different kinds of waste rubber, the selected waste rubber is crushed by means of a crusher, and then the crushed rubber is placed in a reaction kettle for reacting by the addition of a catalyst; the reacted rubber is processed with activated carbon, the processed rubber is pressed into slices through a refiner and an open mill in rubber compaction equipment, and a finished reproduced rubber product is prepared. Compared with the prior art, the recovery and reuse technology has the advantages that rubber linear molecular chains are not damaged, material taking and operation are both safe, the technology is environmentally friendly, oil resources are saved, the rubber quality is improved, no pollution is caused to the environment, the requirements for production equipment are reduced and the production cost is decreased.
