titleOfInvention Technology for preparing fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether ricinoleate
abstract The invention discloses a technology for preparing fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether ricinoleate. The technology includes the steps that the main ingredient glyceryl ricinoleate in raw materials of ethoxylated fatty alcohol and castor oil is heated to be boiled under the combined action of an organic tin catalyst, a polymerization inhibitor and entrainer methylbenzene, and then the fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether ricinoleate can be obtained through transesterification. By the adoption of the technology, the azeotropic fractionation ester exchange process is adopted, micromolecule alcohol, acid and the like of by-products in the reaction process are removed from a fractionator by means of azeotropic distillation, and thus the polyoxyethylene ether ricinoleate with the single ingredient is obtained. Serving as the main intergradient of a high fat film, the product prepared through the method has good wetting, film formation and lubricating effects, the high corrosion resistance is further achieved, and the defect that the high fat film is prone to corrosion is effectively overcome. The product has extremely-high stability at the normal temperature and can be effectively mixed with various pesticides and plant nutritional ingredients, uniform high fat films can be formed on the surfaces of plant bodies, and the requirement for the high fat films with different purposes can be met.
