abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of arsenazo DAL. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation: preparing a coarse product of arsenazo DAL from aminophenylarsonic acid, diluted hydrochloric acid, a sodium nitrite solution, and chromotropic acid disulfonyl aniline; (2) acidification: filtering the reaction liquid in the previous step to obtain a solid, dissolving the solid into a certain amount of diluted hydrochloric acid under a warm state, and placing the solution for a night to precipitate solids; and (3) drying: filtering the solution in the previous step to obtain solids, soaking the solids in a certain amount of diluted hydrochloric acid under a warm state, filtering to obtain solids again, and drying to obtain a finished product of arsenazo DAL.
