titleOfInvention Preparation method of arsenazo DAL
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of arsenazo DAL. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation: preparing a coarse product of arsenazo DAL from aminophenylarsonic acid, diluted hydrochloric acid, a sodium nitrite solution, and chromotropic acid disulfonyl aniline; (2) acidification: filtering the reaction liquid in the previous step to obtain a solid, dissolving the solid into a certain amount of diluted hydrochloric acid under a warm state, and placing the solution for a night to precipitate solids; and (3) drying: filtering the solution in the previous step to obtain solids, soaking the solids in a certain amount of diluted hydrochloric acid under a warm state, filtering to obtain solids again, and drying to obtain a finished product of arsenazo DAL. The preparation method does not need pricy special equipment, the production cost is reduced, the competitive performance of enterprises is enhanced, and the product can be popularized in the market more easily.
