abstract The invention provides a 4-aminoquinoline compound and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of organic synthesis chemistry. The structural formula of the compound is shown in formula I or formula II. The present invention also provides a preparation method of 4-aminoquinoline compound, which uses simple and easy-to-obtain α-carbonyl dithioketene and amine as raw materials. Under acidic conditions, the imino-N,S-ketal was synthesized; or the imino-N,S-ketal was prepared by the three-component reaction of enaminone, isothiocyanate and halogenated hydrocarbon under basic conditions. S-ketal, two different functional groups are introduced into the reaction system, and then the imino-N,S-ketal is catalyzed by a cheap copper salt to synthesize a variety of 4-aminoquinolines compound. The invention has the advantages of cheap and easy-to-obtain raw materials, simple method, mild reaction conditions, wide application range of reaction, flexibility and changeability, and avoiding the use of noble metal catalysis.
