titleOfInvention | Preparation method for barium titanate |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of functional materials, in particular to a preparation method for barium titanate. The preparation method for barium titanate comprises the following steps of: taking 2 L of a concentrated metatitanic acid solution, adding 0.5 L of deionized water, and performing stirring sufficiently, thereby obtaining a solution; dropwise adding ammonium hydroxide to keep the pH value of the solution to be 8; taking titanic acid to roast at a high temperature being 600 DEG C, weighing TiO2, and taking 29.98 g of titanic acid slurry for later use; forming a transparent titanyl oxalate acid solution; weighing 84.92 g of barium chloride, adding distilled water until 850 mL for sufficiently dissolving the barium chloride; after forming the transparent titanyl oxalate acid solution, adding a barium chloride solution into the titanyl oxalate acid solution at a speed being 10 mL/min, and regulating a coprecipitation temperature to 80 DEG C; obtaining a filter cake, performing drying and performing roasting for 2 hours at a temperature being 800 DEG C; and taking out a sample, and performing gas-flow smashing to obtain a barium titanate product. According to the preparation method, production cost is obviously lower than that of a method which takes metatitanic acid as a titanium source. |
