titleOfInvention | Method for constructing anoectochilus formosanus polyploidy resource |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for constructing an anoectochilus formosanus polyploidy resource. The method comprises the following steps: taking anoectochilus formosanus as a female parent and ludisia as a male parent, and then performing intergeneric hybridization, constructing a hybrid colony, identifying a 2n gamete hybrid progeny, screening the 2n gamete hybrid progeny and performing selfing on the 2n gamete hybrid progeny, thereby acquiring an anoectochilus formosanus polyploidy plant. The invention aims to provide the method for constructing the anoectochilus formosanus polyploidy resource. According to the invention, the anoectochilus formosanus polyploidy resource can be acquired within a shorter period, through the hybridization of the anoectochilus formosanus which is taken as the female parent and the ludisia which is taken as the male parent. The method has the characteristics of high operability, high efficiency, low cost, and the like. |
