The preparation method is as follows: 1) Add 200-500g of distilled water into a container; 2) Add 10-30g of polyethylene glycol, heat, stir until completely dissolved and transparent, and cool; 3) Add 120-200g of A agent while stirring; 4 ) Add 120-200 g of agent B while stirring; 5) Weigh 2-4 g of 2-mercaptothiazoline, dissolve 2-mercaptothiazoline with 100-180 g of potassium hydroxide solution with a mass concentration of 5%, and then add it to the 4) into the solution; 6) add distilled water to a constant volume of 1000ml, and stir evenly.
