abstract | the invention relates to a photo-thermal dual-curing masking adhesive and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of chemical materials, wherein the photo-thermal dual-curing masking adhesive is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of oligomer, 30-60 parts of active monomer, 2-8 parts of photoinitiator, 1-5 parts of thermal initiator, 0.1-4 parts of toner and 0.1-10 parts of auxiliary agent; the oligomer is at least one of epoxy acrylate, pure acrylate, and polyester acrylate; the active monomer is at least one of monofunctional acrylate, difunctional acrylate and multifunctional acrylate. The shielding adhesive can adopt a photo-thermal dual-curing mode, is firstly pre-fixed by UV, is completely cured by reheating, and is suitable for batch treatment within a certain time. Overcomes the defects that only heating curing or normal temperature curing can generate serious glue overflow and only UV curing can be incompletely cured. The glass can be widely applied to shading and strengthening of touch glass, LCD modules and cover plate glass. |
