abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing a titanium micro-pipe material for biological stents, which comprises: depositing a layer of metal conductive film on a polymer stent; and setting electroforming titanium parameters as follows: the distance between cathode and anode is 5-28 cm, and the electroforming temperature is 45-60 cm. ℃, electroforming a layer of titanium metal on the metal conductive film; then melting the polymer stent; etching to remove the metal conductive film, and finally producing a titanium micropipe. According to the invention, seamless thin-walled microtubes can be prepared by direct electroforming on a polymer cylindrical mandrel. The inner diameter of the thin tube depends on the size of the controllable polymer cylindrical mandrel, and the wall thickness can be controlled to hundreds of microns or even a few microns. Compared with the existing micro-pipe processing technology, the size of the electroformed pipe provided by the invention is smaller. The method provided by the invention prepares the ultra-fine pipe with good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength and good plasticity. |
