abstract The present invention can improve the precision of negative feedback control so that the detected average current of the proportional electromagnetic coil including the flutter current is consistent with the target detected current. Due to the response time difference (a-b) between the rise time b and the fall time a of the dither current, the intermediate current I0 of the large dither current I2 and the small dither current I1 is different from the waveform average value Ia of the dither current. The difference between the target average current and the detected average current is prevented, and the negative feedback control is performed using the command intermediate current corresponding to the target average current using the correction parameter based on the experimental measurement data. Thus, the generation of transient fluctuation errors is suppressed by the negative feedback control, so that a stable load current can be obtained with high accuracy.
