A combined inhaler and refill pack. The inhaler comprises a reservoir (2) for an inhalable composition, a heating element (6) and/or a vibratory transducer to selectively volatilize at least some components of said composition and at least one inhaler capacitor (8 ), the at least one inhaler capacitor is arranged to power the heater and/or the vibration transducer when the user sucks on the inhaler. The refill pack includes a refill reservoir (33) of inhalable composition and a battery (35) coupled to a refill capacitor (34), and is arranged to engage the inhaler and simultaneously refill the reservoir (2) and extract The supplemental capacitor (34) charges the inhaler capacitor (8).
