titleOfInvention Systemic lupus erythematosus detection method
abstract The invention discloses a systemic lupus erythematosus detection method. The systemic lupus erythematosus detection method comprises the following steps: drawing 3ml of blood of a patient into a disposable vacuum blood collection tube without an additive; placing the disposable vacuum blood collection tube at room temperature for coagulating; sucking a leucocytes layer from the disposable vacuum blood collection tube by using a disposable suction tube; heating a suction opening of the disposable suction tube through a lighter; tightly clamping the suction opening by a pair of forceps after the suction opening is softened, so as to seal the suction opening; cutting off the head and the tail of the suction tube by a pair of scissors and putting the suction tube into a disposable plastic hose; putting the disposable plastic hose into a centrifugal machine, and centrifuging and precipitating at the speed of 2000r/min for 10 minutes; inserting a tip micro-suction tube into the disposable suction tube to suck away upper-layer blood serum; then slightly sucking the leucocytes layer to prepare 3 to 4 pieces of thin blood films; staining the thin blood films with a Wright-Giemsa staining solution and then carrying out microscope inspection. According to the systemic lupus erythematosus detection method, the leucocytes layer is sealed in the disposable suction tube and then is concentrated again, so that the positive rate is greatly increased, and the screening rate of lupus erythematosus cells and the detection accuracy are improved.
