titleOfInvention | Visible and sensitive biopsy method applied to early diagnosis of cancer |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of nanotechnology analysis. A method is characterized in that polycarbonate polymer micelle (PMPC-Bpe) with H2O2 recognition sites is taken as a basis, and starch is loaded in the polycarbonate polymer micelle (PMPC-Bpe); the H2O2 content in a tissue slice is low in the early stage of a cancer, and therefore a large amount of starch loaded in the polycarbonate polymer micelle (PMPC-Bpe) can be released on the tissue slice of the early stage of the cancer to form signal amplification; an iodine solution is dropwise added to the tissue slice, a blue complex can be generated from iodine and the starch, and the H2O2 content in the tissue can be visually indicated from the bluing degree by amplifying the blue complex through a general microscope; due to the fact that a large amount of starch is loaded, a small amount of H2O2 can generate a large amount of free starch, and then the signal amplification and recognition purposes can be achieved through recognition of a trace amount of H2O2 in the early stage of the cancer tissue. The method is taken as a novel method for early diagnosis of the cancer. The cancer diagnosis method is convenient, easy and rapid to operate, economical, practical and high in detection sensitivity and has a good actual application prospect. |
