abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of blended yarn. The preparation method comprises the steps of, 1) adding 1-4 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene stearate, 0.9-1.2 parts by weight of carboxyl methylcellulose, 0.6-1.4 parts by weight of propylparaben and 0.8-1.3 parts by weight of castor oil in 14-15.3 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring the mixture evenly, 2) slowly adding 0.4-0.9 part by weight of triethyl phosphate, 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.7-1.2 parts by weight of glyceryl monostearate, 0.9-1.5 parts by weight of 2-pentanol,1,1',1'',1'''-(1,2-ethandiyldinitrilo)tetrakis, continuing stirring until the mixture is mixed evenly so as to obtain a finishing solution, 3) soaking and rolling the blended yarn in the finishing solution, taking out and drying at constant temperature. The blended yarn has excellent anti-mildew property, mothproof property, antibacterial property, flame retardant property and antistatic property. |
