abstract | The invention discloses a method and system for comprehensively utilizing arsenic-bearing iron ore and carbide slag; the method comprises: (1) crushing and grinding reduced coal into coal powder, and then mixing well with a binder to obtain pellet cores; (2) crushing and grinding arsenic-bearing iron ore into arsenic-bearing iron ore powder, mixing well carbide slag, adding a binder to obtain pellet coatings covering the pellet cores to obtain composite pellets; (3) drying the composite pellets; (4) calcining the dried pellets in oxidizing atmosphere; (4) separating the calcined pellets to obtain an iron product. The invention further provides a special system for implementing the above method. Industrial solid waste carbide slag is used in the method and system to remove the harmful element arsenic in the arsenic-bearing iron ore, comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste and arsenic-bearing iron ore is achieved, effective arsenic removal is achieved, production cost is reduced, and economic benefit is increased. |
