abstract | The invention discloses an application of gibberellin biosynthetic enzymes in advancing plant maturation, wherein gibberellin biosynthetic enzyme genes and expression elements are connected to construct an expression frame, and then the expression frame is introduced into a plant to promote plant grouting and realize advancing of plant maturation; the invention provides a new application of GA biosynthetic enzyme genes, which can effectively shorten the growth period of plants, improve the grouting efficiency of crops and advance the maturity of the plants by at least 1 day, preferably 1 to 30 days through over-expressing the GA biosynthetic enzyme genes in corns. The technology can effectively improve crop rotation efficiency, reduce cost and improve overall productivity. |
