The invention discloses a method for producing fig wine. The method is characterized in that baijiu is adopted as a base solution, prepared accessories of 0.5%-5% of fig juice and Chinese herbal medicine leach liquor are added for blending, honey is added for seasoning, filling is carried out, and the fig wine is prepared. The added accessories comprise, by weight, 60%-80% of jig juice, 20%-40% of Chinese herbal medicine leach liquor and a proper amount of honey.
