abstract The invention relates to a biodiesel refining method which includes the steps: crushing micro-algae: leading harvested micro-algae into a crushing tank, crushing the micro-algae by ultrasonic waves, enabling algae solution to flow into a sedimentation tank by a water pump after the micro-algae is crushed, performing natural sedimentation to form an upper layer and a lower layer, and pumping algae pulp of the lower layer into a reaction tank; in-situ extracting: adding reactants and extraction agents into the reaction tank storing the algae pulp, heating to 70-80 DEG C, stirring all the time, and beginning to perform in-situ extraction; separating and purifying: pumping extracted liquid of the upper layer into a collection tank after extraction is finished, heating and simultaneously stirring, enabling evaporated extraction agents to enter a condenser, and collecting residue substance in the reaction tank to obtain biodiesel. The biodiesel refining method has the advantages that material loss is reduced, the method is simple in step and simple and convenient to operate, and yield rate is close to 100%.
