titleOfInvention Preparation method of AD-67
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of AD-67, and belongs to the field of fine chemical engineering production. The finished product is prepared from, by weight, 53%-55% of ethanol, 17%-19% of caustic soda liquid, 14.7% of dichloro-acetamide and 13.3% of cyclohexanol in a chemical reaction kettle at the specific temperature, wherein the content of ethanol is higher than 95%, the content of the caustic soda liquid is higher than 38%, the content of dichloro-acetamide is higher than 99%, and the content of cyclohexanol is higher than 99%. The production method has the advantages of being simple in process, high in efficiency, low in cost, free of pollution and high in yield; compared with a conventional method, the preparation method has the advantages that the reaction temperature is low, the product yield is increased to 80.0% or above, the product purity can reach 98.0% or above, and the product can serve as a protective agent for herbicides such as alachlor, acetochlor, propachlor and EPTC.
