The present invention provides a compound derived from cis-stilbene/fluorene spirochete and an optoelectronic device thereof. The compound derived from the cis-stilbene/spironolide comprises a seven-membered ring structure segment, and the seven-membered ring structure segment is formed by connecting a bridging atomic segment with a four bond and a cis-stilbene vinyl segment, The cis-diphenylethylene segment has at least one independent substituted or unsubstituted triazine group, substituted or unsubstituted pyrimidine group or substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group substituent. The compound also has a glass transition temperature between 156°C and 202°C, a thermal cracking temperature between 419°C and 509°C, reversible electron transport properties, and good charge carrier balance transport properties. In addition, the experimental results also confirmed that the cis-stilbene/spironolide derivative of the present invention can indeed be used as the material of the electron transport layer in the organic light-emitting diode. |
