The invention provides a compound derived from cis-stilbene/fluorene spirochete and a photoelectric device thereof. The compound derived from cis-stilbene/fluorene spirochetes includes a seven-membered ring structure segment, and the seven-membered ring structure segment is formed by connecting a bridging atom segment with four bonds with a cis-stilbene segment, And the cis-diphenylethylene segment has at least one independently substituted or unsubstituted triazine group, substituted or unsubstituted pyrimidine group or substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group substituent. The compound also has a glass transition temperature between 156°C and 202°C, a thermal cracking temperature between 419°C and 509°C, reversible electron transport properties, and good charge carrier balance transport properties. Moreover, the experimental results also confirm that the cis-stilbene/fluorene spirochete derivatives of the present invention can indeed be used as the material of the electron transport layer in the organic light emitting diode. |
