titleOfInvention | Penemol E1 from Trichoderma citrinum and its application in the preparation of anti-oral epidermal cancer drugs |
abstract | The invention relates to penemol E1 derived from Trichoderma citrinum and its application in preparing an anti-oral epidermal cancer drug. The structural features of the compound are: a molecular skeleton containing a pentacyclic amide, a carbonyl group connected to a long chain of ten-carbon saturated aliphatic, a methyl group connected to the N, and two hydroxyl groups in the molecule. Experiments have confirmed that the alkaloid compounds have better inhibitory activity on oral epidermal cancer. It can be used for anti-tumor research as preparation of oral epidermal cancer cell proliferation inhibitory drug or anti-oral epidermal cancer drug. |
