titleOfInvention | Emulsion of water-based gel-encapsulating resin particles and method for producing the emulsion of water-based gel-encapsulating resin particles |
abstract | The present invention provides an emulsion of resin particles encapsulating a water-based gel, which has a particle diameter of 500 nm or more, and furthermore, 1000 nm or more, and which has suppressed separation and sedimentation tendency, has excellent storage stability, and can be effectively used industrially. A method for producing an emulsion of aqueous gel-encapsulating resin particles having the above-mentioned excellent characteristics can be stably produced by a simple method excellent in polymerization stability. An emulsion of resin particles encapsulating a water-based gel and a method for producing the emulsion, the emulsion of resin particles encapsulating an aqueous gel contains: particles comprising a core and a resin, the core is defined by an acid value 200-400 mgKOH/g (meth)acrylic copolymer, which has alkali swelling property, the resin part encapsulates the core part, and has the outermost layer of particles without alkali swelling property formed by hydrophobic monomer; The core part is an aqueous gel encapsulated with a solvent, the thickness of the resin part is 5% or less of the diameter of the particles, and the average particle diameter of the particles is 500 nm or more and 5000 nm or less. |
