The invention provides a nano-silicon material with reduced content of oxygen (O) and chlorine (Cl). Contains fluorine (F) and nano-sized silicon crystallites. The presence of fluorine (F) suppresses the formation of a layer containing oxygen (O) and chlorine (Cl), and suppresses a decrease in the movement speed of lithium ions. In addition, due to the presence of fluorine (F), the concentration of oxygen (O) and chlorine (Cl) is reduced accordingly, and the reaction with lithium ions is suppressed. |
