titleOfInvention | High-efficiency induction and microsatellite molecular marker identification method for nile tilapia pseudofemale fish |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-efficiency induction and microsatellite molecular marker identification method for nile tilapia pseudo female fish. According to the research, sex reversal treatment is carried out on different Nile tilapia populations by using different doses of estrogen, namely, Diethylstilbestrol (DES), so that a high-efficiency induction method for pseudo female tilapia nilotica is established; the newly developed microsatellite molecular marker tlp-23-sd with closely linked sexes and primers thereof are further applied to identify the false female fish, and a method for quickly identifying the microsatellite molecular marker of the false female fish is established. The method has high induction efficiency of the false female fish, is rapid, accurate and reliable in identification, and can be used for production and identification of the false female fish of the nile tilapia. |
