abstract The invention provides an NK cell culture medium which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90% of serum-free basal medium, 4-6% of blood plasma, 100 mu g/L of interleukin-210-sodium, 50-150 mu g/L of anti-CD 3 monoclonal antibody, 50-200mg/L of insulin-like growth factor I, 50-300 mu g/L of polypeptide, 0.6-1g/L of cordyceps polysaccharide and the balance of water. The NK cell culture medium is safe, NK cells cultured by the NK cell culture medium can be rapidly and stably proliferated, and the NK cell culture medium has good killing activity on tumor cells.
